When you call, we ask your purpose whether business (mileage report, saving gas, liability & maintenance awareness, speeding, etc.) or personal (family, teen, senior) to know what features you are interested in and what vehicle(s) you are tracking (fleet, diesel, older than 1996) to know which product to suggest.

The GoTrack EZ product works on all passenger vehicles manufactured in 1996 or newer. Device included with each data plan. AT&T nationwide data network coverage. Mobile friendly for Apple/Android smartphones & Back-up battery (alerts when unplugged – tampering).
GoTrack 3-WIRES are perfect for vehicles made before 1996, large trucks, diesel pickup trucks, buses and discreet installation. The unit requires a simple installation of three wires. Device included with each data plan! Reliable AT&T nationwide data network coverage. Monitor over the web or with free Apple/Android apps & Back-up battery (Alerts when disconnected – tampering)
Data
All data is stored for six months. (For longer history, please export and print out the reports of the device you want. Call for help to set up “Scheduled Reports” under the Reports Tab.)
Data is secure and cannot be deleted. If the device is discovered and thrown out the window (true confession by a teenager*) or gets unplugged and plugged back in (by your employees*) there is a battery backup that will allow the device to transmit up to two hours after loss of power- this is reported “GPS Unit Disconnected” and notified via email or text – if notification setting is enabled under Settings.
Each device needs to have either a monthly, one year or two year data plan. (The best pricing is the one year bundle and even better, the two year bundle.) See “Products” under the orange hamburger icon (next to the shopping cart) for details.
We have designed our application to be very user friendly no matter how few or how many vehicles you need to track.
The GoTrack EZ OBD-II unit is approximately 2″ x 1″ x 1.75″. The GoTrack 3-WIRE unit is approximately 3.5″ x 5/8″ x 2″. (For Asset Tracking, our TTU-720 battery unit is approximately 10″ x 2 1/4″ x 2 1/2″.)
